I've been in the mortgage and real estate industry since 1996. I've worked as a loan officer for a small local companie and I've managed branch offices for Fortune 500 companies before deciding on opening Riverside Lending & Realty in 2001.
 
I take pride in being able to help people solve their financial problems as well as fulfill their dream of homeownership. I have helped hundreds of families with their financing and I have helped them find the right home for them. I work with people with excellent credit and with those that have just had a bankruptcy. I assist investors and first time home buyers.
 
I Purchased my first property with my wife in 1997 and have since purchased over 15 other properties. We have renovated and sold, built new homes and sold, purchased and sold homes on real estate contracts and lease options as well as rentals. Our most recent purchase has been the building where our offices are currently located.
 
I take a lot of pride in being able to offer both real estate and mortgage financing for our customers. In the end it's not about me, it's about you.
